New Coach Bring excitement

Bellevue basketball has a new coach, Coach Jim Hicks. He is every excited about being a coach at Bellevue. “The kids here are great and fun to coach. Even though our record isn’t where we want it to be we have a good team.” The kids on the basketball team are excited as well. “Coach Hicks is a very good coach and we have fun playing for him. He really brings a lot to our team, getting us where need to be.” Senior Alex Hegge said. Bellevue is not starting off like they thought they would but they are starting to get back on track and win some games. “with the “All A” coming up and our team coming around I think we should be able to make a good run in it, we drew Ludlow first who we previously lost by 2 point but we didn’t play as good as we should of.” The Bellevue basketball team will start the “All A” next week and take on Ludlow. Bellevue senior Mike Young thinks Bellevue is starting to come around. “ Our year so far isn’t how I would want it as a senior, but with are new coaches we finally are starting to come around by executing the plays and playing hard defenses like they want, but I truly believe we can make a good run in the “All A”.”
